This client came to us through a builder we trust, ready to transform their newly remodeled home with a large outdoor living space featuring an Ipe deck and covered kitchen. To make the most of the full landscape, we designed pathways and cozy spots down the slope - whether you’re enjoying the amazing views from the kitchen, deck, or fire pit, or relaxing in a hammock or on the trampoline for some privacy. Flowering desert willows frame the pool, and a gravel seating area breaks up the deck’s living spaces. Planters surround the deck, eliminating the need for railings while adding natural charm. Up front, we created a desert-style courtyard by the entryway and finished the street-facing planters with agaves and feather grasses for a cohesive look.
