Client-focused
Service Pricing
Client fills out a questionnaire to determine project scope; a phone call follow up may be included to confirm details.
Questionnaire
We will meet with you at your site to walk the property, discusses your vision and budget. This meeting typically takes 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
In-Person Consult
A detailed proposal provided within two weeks of the consultation meeting.
Proposal
A 50% deposit will be due along with the signed contract before beginning design.
Deposit
Typical Consultation Fees: Meetings, design/installation plan development and estimating range from 1 hours to 5 hours billed at $150/hour. Does not include implementation.
Once the design is completed and approved, we will begin establishing a timeline and scheduling the installation.

Documentation
We will meet with you at your site to walk the property, discusses your vision and budget. This meeting typically takes 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

During the meeting we will give you an estimate for the design time. Upon approval of the estimate we will schedule a First Review Design Meeting within two to four weeks
Design Estimate
A 50% deposit for the design portion of the project will be due before beginning the design process
Preliminary Deposit
Estimated pricing and outline of spacial arrangements is provided before moving into the final design.
Preliminary Design Review
Scheduled in one to three weeks after the preliminary design meeting. We will review the final designs and installation proposal. Final payment on design phase is due.
Final Design Review
A 50% deposit will be due along with the signed contract.
Final Deposit
Typical Consultation Fees: Meetings, design/installation plan development and estimating range from 5 hours to 25 hours billed at $150/hour. Does not include implementation.
After reviewing the final design and receiving the 50% deposit, we will begin establishing a timeline and scheduling the installation process.
