Turnstyle Design partnered with us to reimagine a courtyard and both side yards, aiming to create inviting spaces for dining, lounging, and gathering while solving drainage challenges and expanding an existing patio for grilling. We regraded the entire area to ensure proper drainage and laid concrete pavers in a subway tile pattern in the courtyard to add both style and structure. A new walkway was installed on one side leading to the back porch, while the other side features a patio extension framed with steel edging and finished with matching pavers and additional seating. The result is a clean, functional outdoor living space that beautifully balances form and function.
