Recommended by the builder, we designed and installed the full landscape around both units of this new construction. The client, living in the front unit and renting the back, wanted a shared courtyard between the two homes and a private retreat for the back unit. We built retaining walls, added ample soil, and constructed masonry steps leading to the front porch. Our team also designed and planted every part of the property, creating functional and inviting outdoor spaces that serve both households beautifully.
